TabTrade - What Traders Should Know

The Broker - What It IsTabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker. The BlackBull connection is relevant. It suggests the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a random name you cannot trace. The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Interesting choice. What you can trade: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker this new, that range is broad.PlatformsAvailable: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, massive community. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.cTrader is the more modern one. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 once they try it.Direct FIX connectivity is available for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly in the works. That should round things out once it is live.Accounts and PricingThree levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.Execution SpeedThis is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at a much wider range.Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. The point is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.Combine those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this. The FSRA QuestionThis is the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.However. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Dodgy operations do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your decision. The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities. The BonusTabTrade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You deposit, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you deposit. The full review, covering the full fee table, withdrawal policies, and check here regulatory details, is at Trade The Day.
